Refund Policy

At Foundations AI, we are committed to delivering high-quality CRM software and support services that add real value to your business. We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. However, due to the nature of our services, we have the following refund policy in place:

1. Subscription Fees

Our platform operates on a monthly or annual subscription basis. All subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. This includes:

- Account access

- Automation tools

- Ongoing system hosting

- Customer support

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused time.

2. Onboarding & Setup Fees

If you’ve paid an onboarding or setup fee, this is a one-time charge to cover the time and resources required to configure your account. These fees are non-refundable once the onboarding process has commenced.

3. Support Services

If your package includes additional support services (e.g. training, implementation, or consultation), these are delivered on a scheduled basis. If you’re unhappy with the support provided, please contact us - we’ll do our best to resolve any concerns, but refunds will not be issued for support already delivered.

4. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund in exceptional circumstances. This will typically apply only if:

- A payment was made in error

- Duplicate payments were received

- A genuine service fault prevented you from accessing the platform

Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the payment date.
